Hi SM, I have a question to ask. I want to ask that can a Military Expert (ME4 , ME5 etc) hold appointment such as Ensigns or Parade Commander during parades? Because I know ME have their own "officer" in the ME Scheme called MDEC. So can they hold officers apointment? So far I know ME 1 ~ 3 can hold appointments such as Escorts , RSMs .

2. The next basic pds course will be in Sep school holidays.
