SM, how does an ensign takes pledge? Is there a drill for him/her to transfer flag from right to left or what? Like for example SAR 21 and sword has "KALEH SENJATA" to transfer from right to left to take pledge.
Ensign is not required to take pledge as he is carrying the flag.

SM, may i feedback/suggest that 64th COC to be held during poly & ITE holiday which is As some of the cadets in holiday wanting to attend and they had to apply for 2 weeks of LOA , thus they will miss lots of lesson. So its better if its held a week later or 2 weeks later. Unless you don't mind having 2 COC in a year to accommodate tertiary student. I hope you can consider my feedback as many tertiary student wanting to continue to serve the corps. Cheers.

SM when's the AI for COC coming out and when's the selection date? Planning for a holiday trip but have to know the date so that I can plan as such it doesnt clash with COC selection and the course itself

No, only cadets that attended Senior Spec Cse is allowed to attend COC.
SM, will the 64th COC selection for this year be modified accordingly since the SAF's IPPT system will change this coming September ?
SM, can the USM of my unit draw his No.3 from Log. branch? If can, what is the procedure?
SM can I suggest HQ NCC to provide free sowing of ranks on no 1 because I felt that cadets are helping out for certain HQ parades but yet need to pay money to get their rank sowed, unlike Cadet Officers whereby our rank is on the epaulatte which doesnt require sowing at all.
The new IPPT system will only take effect from 1 April 2015.

SM my cadet has a misconception that the Camo No.4 uniform is decommissioned therefore he shouldn't and can't wear the Camo even though he belongs to the batches that were issued the Camo uniform can I clarify with you

2. Prsently, there are no TOC selections as there is a change of plan.

1. Marksman badges should have been given at the range.
SM, if there are cadet warrant officers , are Cadet officers or cadet warrant officers bigger?
SM my life firing was just ytd and after our shoots we were only given the scores but not our badges and the only officers other then our teacher officers were the SOI officers who were in charge of the shoot

1. Cadets Officers and Cadet Warrant Officers must work hand in hand in a partnership. Cadet Officers hold a higher protocol compared to Cadet Warrant Officers.

My friends who's from another unit in the east district has similarly not received his pinnacle challenge badge and both out teacher officers claimed to not have receive any badges

SM why isn't there a test or course for cadets to attend under strict expectations to earn the MSG rank instead of just giving the rank to the USM&ASM of units just because of their positions

2, Leaders Camp is still in the planning stage. No details yet.
3. ADC Instructor registration will only be open in mid Jan 15.

1. If you fail any of the stations, you will not be selected.
2. No, Camp Pinnacle will not be brought back. Leadership Camp is a different event altogether.

Well you have to go for SSC itself and complete the pinnacle challenge in order to earn the badge

Yes.its a representation of your status as a Drill Instructor in your unit and a replacement of the lanyard which has been phased out with the arrival of the new pixelated uniforms
Sm is the Pinnacle Challenge badge and UDI badge supposed to come together upon graduation in SSC?
For the past few SSC courses it has always been that cadets recieve their UDI badeges and SSC certificates on the graduation ceremony and th UDI badge sometime afterwards

2. You need to complete the challenge within a certain timing to earn the badge.
3. The FSD AI course will be held from 18 to 21 Nov.
4. The next ADC is next year during the March school holidays.

Teacher Officers are informed of such courses.
For pixelised uniform you are expected to use the cloth marksman badge.
Yes, you can place the Army NCC badge above the country tag provided you do not have any other badges,
