Then end up everytime CLT say he never contribute to HQ when he did, but was never given the opportunity. Now this makes me feel like quitting NCC man. HQ are such biasness.
Sadly, you talk in riddles. NCC does not have CLT but Cadet Officers. If you talk in general, sadly no one understands. Be specific, if you one to make a difference.

If you have proven yourself, then you would have been chosen to lead the unit as USM or ASM, hence they are promoted to MSG.

I know this may be weird to ask but is there anyway to make the Cadet Warrant Officer course available quicker? If it does start in 2-3 years, i'll probably be going into NS and i won't get a chance to learn skills required to teach my cadets back in my secondary school (arm drills, etc. I was not taught) And since i did not attend Senior Spec, i cannot go for COC.

1. It's easier said than done. It will take a considerable amount of time to formulate the syllabus, framework, terms of reference and etc to come up with the NCC Cadet Warrant Officers Course.
2. For the First Aider course, you need to check with your District Comdr or TCO.

Sm,i have a cadet from part c whom was supposed to go for Senior Spec Course but however he gave this chance to another part c cadet because he was promoted from sec 2 (NT) to sec 2 (NA) so basically he was sec 2 nt last year and sec 2 na this year but however he is in Part C , he gave this chance because he thinks that he is able to go for senior spec course next year and as you know, there is only 5 slots for SSC for each school , sm,Isn't this being unfair and unreasonable to the Part B cadets that are going to SSC next year?

1. HQ will only issue new uniforms to AMs who are involved in NDP and attending overseas trips.
2. Who attends SSC is the decision of the school unit CO. HQ does not interfere wuth the CO's decision.

5. If you are a Parade Commander (cadet) you will hold nothing. Only C/Offr carries a sword while only Parade & Colors RSM carries a pace stick.

SM can i feedback that the Specialist Course should resume like previously instead of specialists assesment? Because the cadets can be in tip top bearing , turn outs and standards for that one day , whereas if it is like a course, cadets can be disciplined to maintain such standards throughout the course or even after the course. And maybe instead of 3 days, let's cut it to 2 days . At least when they go for ADC or SSC or even COC, they will meet the HQ expectation and the cadet officers will have a better life of not having the need to discipline them so often

2. Sadly, we will not be going back to a 2 or 3 day NCC Specialist Course. The decision to move on to Specialists assessment was done last year due to MOE's protected time.
As Leaders, you must learn to adapt and manage whatever time given. Adjust your expectations and there would be less scolding and more nurturing.

1. There will be no basic airborne course this year as the Army has a backlog of jumpers that needs to clear this course and it will be held overseas.

SM I just feel that cadets should be given the chance to prove their own ability and skills as a cadet on whether they are good enough for theMSG rank instead of being held back by the positions they hold
SM will there be any chance Affirmation will be centralized , Spec Course continuation, COC is 3 weeks and not 2 weeks , because I felt it's all these changes that made NCC cadets from different schools have fewer friends and comrades unlike the previous batches whereby the time they spent together is so much more. It's really sad when I ask my cadet after their Spec Assestment did they make any new friends mostly said a few or some even none. And the recent Senior Specialists made friends only during the course, unlike previously, we make friends before the course and of course the course itself. And mutual friends help to get strangers to close as buddies. I understand that the MOE Protected Time is issued to "Protect" the cadets but is there anyway we can debate to MOE about this?

Sir I find my school very what, those who fail spec assesment my CO didnt send them go next phase, instead he just give them the rank and cookie , i find this very unfair to those who achieived their rank and cookie the legit way.
SM , since NCC is a youth organization , I was suggesting of doing an E-Sports Competition to engage the cadets . The E-Sports can be a local First Person Shooter game which have SAR 21 and can use this chance to explain the rifle origin etc. How bout that?
SM, can we still wear lanyards ? Some of this year's Cadet Leaders are asking . They said that so what if the badges are issued, and that they won't be wearing the badges all the time. They also said that there is no downside in wearing lanyards on the old camo, furthermore, this year Sec 3 Cadet Leaders are the last batch of those who can wear the old camo, so why not give the priviledge for them to wear lanyards?
For this years BDC is a NAPFA report mandatory if your school did not conduct napfa for the sec3s?

SM, adding on to the idea of E-Sports Competition (I'm not the author of that comment), if SAF is willing to grant NCC access to VBS2, it would be much more easier to host the competition and easier to relate the competition to NCC / SAF due to the tactics, uniforms and arms used in VBS2.

1. SAF will not grant access to NCC as the gaming licensing is costly.
2. Yes, if AM's are selected to be NDP Trainers they will be issued with pixelised uniform.
3. Female cadets wearing no. 1 uniform will wear beret.

You are only
Entitled to correct your cadets' mistakes through punishment if you are a Specialist who has passed your specialist course and attained 3SG and your Army-NCC Badge
Even if you have attained a specialist status with a 3SG rank.you will need to seek the permission of the Platoon Sergeant of whomever you feel needs to be punished as you do not have the authority to punish them
SM,what is the reason for not being able to wear lanyards from 2014
As you may have noticed, NCC is issuing the new pixelated uniforms for all districts. The uniform does not come with epaulettes on the shoulder so lanyards cannot be worn anymore.
So can it be worn with our no.1 uniforms if we have since it has epaulettes.
SM, can parade be done in no 3 uniform instead of no 1 or no 4 ? If can, can the sword be equipped on ?
1. Only PDS AI can knock down the cadets for PDS training only.

SM just to clarify does the no more lanyard refers to everyone? what about those old batches of senior specialists / supernumeraries ? back then modules were different and we didnt get badges, instead it was lanyard, so can we don it? because i find it no meaning buying the badges as we didnt attain them

SM my school is about to conduct a parade for NDP, and I seek help in asking what is the rank of the cadet to be a ensign? i know in HQ NCC you must be a C/OFFR to be an ensign but in school level, cadets as ensign, whats the minimum rank? Thanks SM
