Your TO is lying to you on this matter. In fact, HQ NCC will be expanding the PDS program. You are from what school? I will put you on the next available course provided your school unit CO approves. PDS program is very popular and there is no reason we will drop this program.
My TO wrote in to HQ many times about PDS but there was no reply about the course or certification. He showed me his email records.
I wanted to attend the PDS certification in February, but there was no news.
My TO asked me to wait for the course in the March holiday, but then later my TO said there was no information from HQ and most likely it is cancelled.
He ask me to wait for April, but I heard from my friend the certification this month is also cancelled and there may not be any certification soon.
3. To sign up for Outward Bound Brunei, your CO must submit your name to HQ.
4. For overseas trips, you can call this number 64773520 or log on the the NCC website and look for the NCC workplan that will indicate the overseas trips.
5. There is some communication breakdown on PDS matters. We are sorting out this problem.

1. For this year, we are still awaiting for Commando HQ for NCC to participate in BAC.
2. Yes, its compulsory for them to sign up as AM to assist in any NCC events.
3. Yes, you can put the badge on your school CCA T shirt.

2. Nominations for Senior Specs Course is done by your school unit CO and not HQ NCC.

I have been learning PDS from my cousin from another school and I hope to become PDS trained and get the badge, please don't remove PDS from NCC?

No, you can't sign up for COC because you did not graduate from Leaders Camp.
