Cadet Officer New Rank Emplacement Exercise**************************************To all serving Cadet Lieutenants. HQ NCC is conducting this one time exercise to emplace all of you to the new ranks. Kindly contact your District CSO immediately. Closing date for the Exercise is 2 Feb 08. To obtain C/LTA rank, you need 400 pts and must meet certain criteria. For C/CPT rank, you need 1000 pts and also meet certain criterias. The new ranks will take effect in mid Feb 08. Please pass this message to all the CLTs you know. Thanks.
